But I'm still wondering how it has changed you. I love knowing about WHAT you did, but now I want to know what "what you did" did to you, and what the quality of the experience was. I think these are the questions packed into "how was it" by most people who are actually interested. "How was it" asks directly about to the quality of the experience and then implies the question "how are you different?" Matt.
